dc.description.abstractThestructuralandopticalcharacteristicsofthinCuZnSfilmswereexaminedinthisresearch. Thefilmswerecreatedutilizingthespincoatingtechniqueatdifferenttemperatures(200,250and300°C).AccordingtoXRDinvestigations,allcompoundsshowedapolycrystallinestructure with a hexagonal structure. The fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy,surfacemorphologywere investigated(FE-SEM).Asthetemperatureisraised,theaverageparticlesizeincreases.TheabsorptionspectraofCuZnSthinfilmsshowed that,forallsamples,absorptionincreasesastemperaturerisesfor all samples.Theopticalcharacteristicsof the material,includingabsorbanceandabsorbancecoefficient,wereinvestigatedaswell.en_US
