dc.description.abstract | In this research, Fe3O4 without Au was fabricated via photolysis method, then Au was doped together with concentration of 3 wt.% using co–precipitation method. The samples of Fe3O4 without/with Au doping were characterized utilize XRD, EDX, and TEM while the magnetic properties of the samples were determined utilizing VSM. The results showed that the resistance and the magnetic values of the samples decrease with Au doping indicating semiconducting behavior. The saturation magnetization (MS) of the sample without doping (90.23 emu/g) is much greater than that (63.55 emu/g) of the sample with doping. | en_US |
