Abstract: In this paper to create a critical path in the CPM / PERT networks using cells bees optimization algorithm, this method is used to solve issues in construction projects, and the new algorithm showed high efficiency in finding the critical path networks projects and typical time compared with the normal methods of solution and less a number of iterations.
