Abstract: In this research study nanogranular composites ferromagnetic-piezoelectric were prepared by the ion-beam sputtering for different concentrations below the percolation threshold conversion from amorphous to the crystalline where it found a decrease of electrical resistance whenever crystallized compound atoms down to the degree of crystallization. The measurement of Electron Probe Micro-Analysis (EPMA) for Compounds showed that the ratio of (Ni) in Pb(Zr0,53Ti0,47)O3 (PZT) is about (2%-59%).Results of Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the compounds have nanostructure size. X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the Compounds prepared have amorphous structure for PZT and polycrystalline for Ni and Si substrates and average grain size for Ni is about (7.25nm).
