dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to determine the effects of iron chelated Fe – EDTA or Fe –EDDHA on rooting , four concentrations (5.6 ، 11.2 ، 16.8 and 22.4 mg/l Fe ) from Fe –EDTA or Fe –EDDHA supplemented with ½ MS media, the results indicated that 5.6 mg/l Fe –EDDHA gave the significant increase roots number, length, fresh and dry weight.Root sections showed that Fe-EDDHA promoted the division and develop-ment of vascular bundles by increasing the number of proxylem to 5 as compared to Fe-EDTA (4 bundle) high concentration of Fe (22.4 mg/l) resulted in the formation of zygomorphic vascular bundle and brown precipitations in the cortex . | en_US |
