Abstract: A research Study was conducted on (Helianthus annuus L.) var. Teddy Bear to investigate the affectivity of 3plant spacing (20, 30, 40)cm and number of stems per plant (1, 3, 5) stems on the following characters : number of days to 75% flowering, flower diameter, stem length, stem diameter, fresh weight of the flowering stem. In the two year results showed that there is a significant effect of plant spacing on all characters studied except number of days to 75% flowering, and flower diameter for first year results. Number of stems per plant had a significant effects on all characters studied, on the other hand there is no significant effects due to interactions between the two factors studied
