In this paper, we deal with the problem of uniqueness of entire functions that share one value CM with their first derivative. The author proves that if a non- constant entire function f and its derivative f ′ share the value a(≠ )0 CM and zf )( = a when f ′′ z)( = a then f ≡ f ′ .
