Environmental Total Quality Management and the Availability of its Dimensions in the Health Sector: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees at Ibn Al-Atheer Children's Teaching Hospital

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the reality of the requirements of environmental total quality management at Ibn Al-Atheer Children's Teaching Hospital represented in (senior management commitment, continuous improvement, teamwork, education and training, and resource management). For the purpose of achieving the research objectives, a set of main and sub-hypotheses were formulated that are consistent with the objectives of the research. Ibn Al-Atheer Children's Teaching Hospital was chosen as a fieldof study as one of the hospitals that were rebuilt after liberation, and a (random) sample of workers was selected with a size of (332) people In various specialties (administrative, medical and engineering) in the hospital studied, and the data was analyzed using ready-made statistical programming and the program (SPSS. V26) to test the research hypotheses, and the research adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and finally the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The requirements of environmental total quality management are available at Ibn Al-Atheer Children's Teaching Hospital, but in a different manner
