dc.description.abstractThe Rayleigh distribution has been widely used especially in the modeling of the life time event data. It provides a statistical model which has a wide variety of application in many areas and such as accurate analysis and failure forecasts and reliability estimate. In this research we explore and compare the performance of many estimators for the parameters and for reliability function approach used are Maximum Likelihood Maximum Likelihood Estimators, Moment Estimators, Bayes Estimators, Semi-Minimax Estimators. Simulation experiments are performed to compare between estimators using MSE, and all the results are explained by table.en_US
