Abstract: This research deals with artificial intelligence and its role in ‎facilitating the transfer of politeness strategies across different ‎cultures. It also deals with communicative language teaching ‎‎(CLT) and its role in emphasizing interpersonal communication ‎and pragmatic knowledge among EFL learners who learn English ‎as a foreign language (EFL) learners. The research focuses on the ‎politeness theory to explain the topic of interpersonal ‎communication as a basic process of sharing and exchanging ‎information and ideas among human beings. So, Artificial ‎Intelligence is concerned with making a computer behaves like ‎humans to do the tasks that are done physically to be performed ‎electronically through the internet. Artificial intelligence is one of ‎the advanced tools that appeared in contemporary society that ‎makes communication easier and more effective than ever before ‎and influences not only linguistic choices but also cultural aspects ‎and thinking patterns whenever individuals engage with this ‎technology. The advent of digital communication technologies ‎influences politeness. Facebook, email, text messaging, chat ‎rooms, blogs, and computer-mediated communication (CMC) ‎introduce novel forms of interaction. The results indicate a ‎marked change among EFL learners engaged with online learning ‎platforms compared to students in traditional learning ‎environments because a shift in politeness strategies and the use of ‎AI prove their useful value in language learning and reduce ‎psychological stress.‎ In the methodological part, this research scrutinizes the link ‎between open AI's chatbots and the adoption of politeness ‎strategies. Quantitative analysis of supplementary data indicated ‎significant increase in the application of politeness strategies, with ‎participants exhibiting a clear preference for negative politeness ‎in their face- to- face exchanges. Artificial intelligence(AI) ‎technology and communication are currently connected, with AI ‎serving as a mentor for a new style of polite communication.‎ Finally a set of results and conclusions are made and the ‎references that are used in this research are authenticated‎
